Developing Lead Markets for the Food Industry

The ETP Food for Life has published in December 2006 a summary concerning the issues for the future of the food industry in Europe to maintain or develop a leading position in the world. This document addresses the RTD challenges (p7) as well as issues affecting the development (p11) and specific issues (p16) like the regulation of markets and services or product standardisation as a task of the European government.
