The SPAS International network consists in 13 experienced organisations located in 9 different European countries. This network gives a mentoring service to SMEs providing them opportunities to participate in the Framework Programme; which is the EU financial instrument for a better use of European research efforts. All services provided by the SPAS International network are totally financed by the European Commission. |
